Course Description

This Course mainly focuses on effective communication skills to improvise on the skills of trainers more effectively with children and parents. Assessing techniques and observation techniques which are useful for teachers is another knowledge gained in this course.
This session gives ideas and knowledge on how to foster trainers to understand age-appropriate learning objectives, Interactive and experiential learning techniques and structuring lessons around real-world applications. It also trains trainers on how to explore effective teaching methods for entrepreneurship enhancing the advantages of project-based learning and hands-on activities including - Role-playing, stimulation and encouraging creativity and critical thinking.

Outcome
At the end of the session trainers will be more effective in the communication skills and how to create a positive environment for children.
The trainers will also have an understanding on how culture can be used as a strong effective tool for language immersion and also learn how to foster collaborative learning.

Pre requisite
should have completed the basic level of skill enhancement in the same category.
