This session focuses on promoting the ongoing methodology of teaching. This session also teaches how to encourage children to participate in events, seminars etc for building confidence and boldness.
This session gives information on the ability to adapt lessons based on the energy and needs of the group.
This session focuses on the understanding of how content, lessons and activities are to be prepared and constantly upgraded for setting personal goals and personal improvements.

Outcome
At the end of the course trainers will be more effective in understanding various ways to encourage children to participate in seminars and other events.
Trainers will have an understanding on how to encourage children to make reflection of their traits and styles to improve their personality.
They would have knowledge on how to make trainers feel the need of creative insights in setting personal goals and personal improvements.

should have completed the advanced level of skill enhancement in the same category.
